Over the past two and half years, we had been trying to sell two properties, located in Novato, California, which had final map approval for 33 single-family lots. But thanks to Ms. Echeverria' hard work we recently closed escrow on the two properties, and we received 92% of our asking price. Even though Ms. Echeverria was representing the buyers, we were impressed with her efforts and contacts, especially in light of the current soft market.

We normally don't use brokers or agents to sell our properties because we know most of the regional and national home builders in the Bay Area. However, because of Ms. Echeverria's effectiveness, my partner recently engaged her services to sell a 240 lot subdivision in Santa Rosa, California.
