Born in Los Angeles I am technically a native although I spent my childhood and early twenties in Vancouver, B.C. Canada. I have great love for this beautiful state and wouldn’t want to live anywhere else. I have decades of sales experience and love working side by side with my clients to help them reach their goals. I’ve learned that the first key to success in sales is to care about your client. Care by listening to their own unique needs and concerns and by educating them throughout the process. My success in the real estate industry has been largely due to my ethics and sincere concern for my clients protection and satisfaction. I’m a veteran in sales and I feel confident that my belief in genuinely caring for my clients and wanting what’s best for them will continue to catapult my success. I look forward to learning about and creating great relationships with each of my clients and feel privileged to get to learn from and work with the amazing agents and leaders of the M.E. Properties and Keller Williams of Beverly Hills Teams!

My passion for art and design came to me at an early age when my younger brothers and I competed against each other to see who could make the best paper airplanes; we loved creating with Lego’s and playing with Transformers. As I got older the world around me and the built environment became an ever longing investigation of how different people lived through the cultures they belonged to. Graduating from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2005 with a trailblazing independent major called, “Sociology of Design,” gave me the inspiration and determination I needed to feel like I could possibly make a successful change in the world and the power I wanted to do it all right in my very own fingertips. The dynamic fields of which the independent major is comprised of are: interior design, real estate, urban regional planning, landscape architecture, engineering and human development and human studies. When my many advisors and I took precedence to this type of major, the first independent major at the university, we decided the evolution would be a private art school degree back home in architecture from the California College of Arts in San Francisco, CA. The variations of understanding contemporary family patterns and spearheading social cultural developments, I have worn many hats to gain the expertise and knowledge to separate my solution from the rest. I have the type of skillset to creatively solve all your design and real estate development needs. I am a determined and goal oriented person. I have had struggles and overcame many obstacles but persevered. I would say that I have rolled with the punches but I never quit or gave up on my dreams. With a real estate brokers license and an architecture/interiors background of over 10 years, I feel I am truly living my dream. I am a visionary and conceptual talent who loves to have fun with my clients. I am enthusiastic and exude lots of passion! I am always eager and when needed I can think outside the box for a more creative experience. I take responsibility for innovation and being sustainably conscious to design real estate for the future now without harming the environment later.

So how did a professional tennis player and writer land in home design? I was fulfilled and satisfied in my career and was not looking to make any changes but purchasing my last home in 2017 truly opened my eyes, and others, to my hidden talent of interior arts and design. I had briefly lived in and flipped a few homes in the past, but knowing I’d be here for a while with my last purchase, I decided to go all out and make my home my hidden sanctuary. I wanted a space that I looked forward to coming home to each day. So naturally, I started to shop and search for things that not only represented me but would also create an environment that would be calming and inspirational for anyone who graced my doors. What surprised me was that this was not a chore for me, I loved every second of it…and it came naturally. Being a writer and working in production has also helped tremendously with my creativity and thinking outside of the box. I followed no "industry rules" because I believe that designing your home interior is another form of art and art should never have barriers. Therefore, I’d see a piece, big or small, that spoke to me and find a way to make it fit. And through that, mixed metals like copper, silver and gold with different types of woods and marbles…things with texture and life. But I always kept in mind that they all had to flow and work together. When friends and colleagues would come over for the first time, I’d get a kick out of them asking “who designed my house?” Pretty soon my house was nicknamed "The Vortex" because people always got sucked in to staying much longer than they had planned. What’s also helped is that I was born and raised in Philadelphia and lived in NYC, Miami, and now Los Angeles…each city provided a different lifestyle and experience in every possible way. I’ve also spent time in inspiring cities such as Barcelona, Monte Carlo, Amsterdam, Stockholm, Budapest, and the Greek Island of Mykonos. I had no intention of being on this career path, but I follow my passions with full confidence, and this is no different. With the help of Missy, I am passionate about helping you create your own kind of "Vortex" to help you either settle in to your home or get top dollar when you list it.
