I spent many years in the application development arena as a developer manager creating software, managing projects and improving processes for Fortune 500 companies. Much of that time was spent in the building products industry. This lead to my interest in the real estate business and my subsequent move into sales of land and SFR.
As with the much of the rest of the world, in order to excel, the real estate field is increasingly focused and relying on technology. With much more information at everyone’s fingertips and decisions about properties being made at home or on a mobile device, photography has become one of the foremost methods in capturing and maintaining a buyers interest. With this in mind, I am pursuing my FAA licensure as a drone pilot and will have that completed in short order.
For many the sale or purchase of a home is the largest financial transaction of their lives and I aim to make that experience as stress free and smooth as possible. Real estate transactions can be complicated, but my even temperament, persistence and problem solving skills are able to overcome difficult obstacles.
Aside from working in the building products industry as well as real estate, I have owned and operated a sporting goods store as well as a successful online book store.
I am the eldest of two and one of the rare native Atlantans. Deeply rooted here, I love the city and the metro area. I have 2 incredible daughters. One is a middle school science teacher who has a love of learning and passing that knowledge to others. The second daughter has followed a bit in my entrepreneurial footsteps and owns her own company providing custom lighting accessories to high end lighting manufacturers and interior designers. I could not be more proud of both of them.
