Prior to becoming a licenced agent in Los Angeles, Jessica Garrett’s roots in real estate tie back to a family history of property manager’s, investors and general contractors. Born in the nation's capital she grew up watching her father share a love for collecting classic cars and teaching the value of generational ownership. Jessica joined the M.E. Properties team at Keller Williams Beverly Hills to work with highly skilled and experienced agents committed to helping prospective residential and commercial buyers take steps towards owning their future. With a proven reputation as a self-starter, her strengths include building lasting client relationships and establishing trust amongst contractors, designers, and managing large scale projects. Fueled by an eye for design, Jessica understands the city’s rich culture and diversity which allows her to instinctively find better solutions for her clients. Moving to Los Angeles in 2013, Jessica started her real estate career at Breather Products, doubling the total number of office spaces across LA County. In 2019, she transitioned into asset management overseeing retail and multi-family portfolios for Robertson Properties Group. She directly managed the day-to-day operations for a legacy firm that owns over 50 properties exceeding five million square feet in commercial assets across southern California and Hawaii. Her mission is to make the process simple and seamless for all prospective buyers and sellers. With that goal in mind, she became a full-time agent and property manager founding ShortTerm Search LA. The company’s focus is simple: Make any big idea easy to manifest.
